Qatar's foreign ministry: No direct meetings between US and Iran delegations in Doha planned

No direct meetings between US and Iran delegations in Doha are planned, a representative of Qatar's Foreign Ministry said.

It is specified that US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steven Witkoff and the son-in-law of the American leader Jared Kushner will discuss with mediators in Doha the course of negotiations with Iran and the situation in Lebanon.

A representative of Qatar's Foreign Ministry also said that the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and Tehran's nuclear program remain the main topics in the US-Iran negotiations.
