Opening and groundbreaking ceremonies held for projects implemented by Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan
On August 23 in Tashkent, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part online in the ceremony of opening and laying the foundations of buildings within the framework of projects implemented by Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan.
As 1news.az reports, as part of the event, the projects of Davr Bank (International Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan), a gypsum plant (Matanat-A), and two STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) schools named after Landau (Landau Education Group) were opened.
A groundbreaking ceremony was also held for five new SOCAR gas stations, the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan residential and recreational complex (Agalarov Development), the Baku City residential complex (TuranAZ), a processing plant for silver-bearing ore (Sur Gold and Silver Project) and Fruit Orchards (Gold Fresh Fruits).
