Death toll from natural disaster in Nepal reaches 903 people
More than 900 people have died as a result of the flooding that occurred last week in the northern regions of Nepal.
This was reported by the country's national disaster risk reduction and management authority.
"903 bodies of the dead have been found," the agency's report notes. A total of 10,461 people have been rescued.
Nearly 4,200 people are listed as missing, including 592 foreigners. At least 933 workers at hydropower facilities may have been trapped in tunnels.
