Armenia to increase defense spending in 2027

In 2027, Armenia will increase defense spending by 47 billion drams (over $129 million).

At its October 1 session, the government of Armenia approved the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2027," which provides for an increase in defense spending by 47 billion drams, Armenian media report.

That is, up to 613 billion drams, about $1.688 billion.
