Macron links protests in France to Iran - VIDEO

French President Emmanuel Macron has linked the mass protests in the country to the war in Iran, the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz, and rising fuel prices.

According to him, it was precisely these events that led to a decline in the purchasing power of the French, and not tax increases or pension reform.

Commenting on the mass riots, Macron called the current situation a "collective failure."
