Armenia and France to sign Strategic Partnership document

Armenia and France will sign a Strategic Partnership document during the state visit of French leader Emmanuel Macron to Yerevan.

Deputy Head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Vahan Kostanyan announced this in an interview with Public Television.

"We will have a broad agenda for the development of Armenia-France relations. The most important item is the long-discussed Strategic Partnership document. Ultimately, it will be signed during the visit," Kostanyan said.

According to him, several documents on cooperation in specific areas will also be signed, ranging from education to military-technical cooperation and artificial intelligence.

French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Armenia on a state visit on May 5.
