Tehran proposes creation of new security structure in the Middle East

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated the need to establish a new security structure in the Middle East region.

This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, where Araghchi is on an official visit.

"[Araghchi stated that] Iran supports the creation of a new post-war regional structure capable of ensuring balanced development and security," the statement published on the website of China's foreign ministry said.
