Pashinyan refuses to attend Victory Parade in Moscow
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that during his April visit to Russia, he informed Russian leader Vladimir Putin of his inability to participate in the Victory Parade in Moscow on May 9 due to the start of the election campaign in the republic ahead of the June parliamentary elections.
"During my visit to the Russian Federation in April, I informed the President of Russia that due to the election campaign, I will not be able to attend the events on May 9," Pashinyan told journalists.
