Magyar proposed Hungary as a place for negotiations on Ukraine
Hungary is ready to make a diplomatic contribution to resolving the conflict in Ukraine and could become a venue for negotiations.
This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar.
"We can provide diplomatic and humanitarian assistance, and Hungary could also be a place for negotiations," he said in an interview with the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
Addressing security guarantees for Kyiv, Magyar noted that only the international community can provide them. "Hungary cannot play a decisive role here; this is the prerogative of the great powers," he believes.
