Fars: Iran hit 70% of targeted objectives during attack on US bases

Iran hit 70% of targeted objectives during the attack on US bases in the Middle East, claims the Iranian agency Fars citing a military source.

The agency clarifies that Iranian ballistic missiles and drones were able to overcome the air defense systems at the US base Al-Azraq in Jordan, Ali Al-Salem in Kuwait, and the US Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain.

The IRGC showed footage of launches at American targets on the night of June 10.

Earlier, the US Central Command of the Armed Forces (CENTCOM) reported that American troops completed their strikes on Iran in response to the attack on the Apache helicopter (pilots were not injured). According to CENTCOM, during the operation, Iranian air defense facilities, ground control stations, and surveillance radars near the Strait of Hormuz were hit.

US President Donald Trump previously stated that the States would have to respond to the strike on the Apache helicopter. Later, CENTCOM announced the start of retaliatory strikes on Iran.
