Lavrov calls to take into account the will of the Armenian people

It is necessary to express respect for the will of the Armenian people as soon as possible so that it is not confronted with the fact of political decisions by the authorities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"This is not about not respecting Armenia's interests, but about showing respect for the will of the Armenian people as soon as possible, so that this people still has the opportunity to choose and is not confronted with a fait accompli," Lavrov said during a press conference following the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council meeting.
