Tehran denies Trump's statements about telephone negotiations with Iran
U.S. President Donald Trump told a Fox News journalist that he had a phone conversation with high-ranking Iranian officials.
As correspondent Trey Yingst stated live on air, the U.S. president indicated that representatives of the Iranian leadership called him this evening and he spoke directly with one of the highest-ranking Iranian officials.
Iranian representatives did not hold telephone conversations with U.S. President Donald Trump and did not appeal to Washington with a request to stop the bombings. This was reported by the Tasnim agency, citing a source.
According to his information, instead of contacts with the U.S., Iran intends to respond to the armed aggression.
