U.S. considers possibility of kidnapping Cuban president

Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said that the U.S. is considering the possibility of kidnapping Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel.

His words are reported by RIA Novosti.

The war minister was asked whether Washington allows the kidnapping of the Cuban leader. “All options are on the table,” Hegseth said in response. However, he emphasized that the final decision on possible actions will be made by American leader Donald Trump.

On January 3, American soldiers captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife and took them out of the country.
