Elon Musk becomes history's first trillionaire

SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk has become history's first trillionaire, Reuters reports.

After SpaceX goes public with its initial public offering (IPO), its value is estimated at approximately $866 billion. "Together with Tesla and other assets, Musk's fortune will exceed $1.1 trillion by the time trading of the shares begins on Friday," the agency claims.

Previously it became known that many high-ranking subordinates of U.S. President Donald Trump "have interests" in SpaceX or the AI startup xAI that merged with it. Because of this, the company's stock market debut, according to Bloomberg authors, will become a way for the "already rich" White House officials to become even richer.
