Iran's foreign ministry: Draft agreement with the US is under consideration by authorities

The text of a possible agreement with the US on resolving the conflict is under consideration by the Iranian authorities, and it is premature to talk about the timing and place of signing the document.

This was stated by Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Esma'il Bagha'i.

According to him, the process is at the stage of final approval at the highest level and by the relevant departments.

"We are in the process of final approval at the highest level and by the relevant departments to reach an agreement," he said on state television.

Bagha'i noted that none of the draft agreements published in the media correspond to reality.

He also added that the time and place of the possible signing will be announced only after the official approval of the document by the relevant authorities.
