Son of the notorious lawyer Elman Pashayev arrested in "black realtors" case.

According to Mash, 26-year-old Elvin has been held in pretrial detention since February on charges of fraud on an especially large scale. However, court materials show that the criminal case under which he was arrested was initially opened back in October 2025 — under the murder article following the disappearance of the owner of a Moscow apartment that Elman Pashayev, Elvin's father, received even before his own detention. The latter is currently on trial in Donetsk — he took millions for "resolving" high-profile criminal cases and, in essence, did nothing.

In 2024, while in the special military operation zone, Pashayev Sr. allegedly agreed to register a "problem" apartment for one of the servicemen of the 5th Motor Rifle Brigade named after A. V. Zakharchenko. The apartment carried a trail of "black realtors" — the owner had disappeared and was never found; how the apartment ended up in Elman's hands remains unclear.

But after ending up in pretrial detention, Elman began to worry that the serviceman would keep the apartment and persuaded him to transfer the property to his son. Some time later, the owner's body was found — it had reportedly been dismembered. The serviceman in whose name the apartment was registered was questioned. Elvin Pashayev was charged with fraud.

In November 2024, Elvin's company accounts were blocked; today LLC "MYUK 'Elman Group'" has a tax debt of 53k, its accounts are blocked for non-payment of the debt, and the joint firm with his father "Pashayev Fund" also has blocked accounts for failure to file a declaration, the outlet notes.
