Number of victims of Israeli attacks since the beginning of military escalation in Lebanon reaches 4,106
The Lebanese Ministry of Health provided final data on the number of civilian deaths during the period of military escalation from March 2 to June 21.
"The total number of Lebanese killed since the beginning of the military escalation has reached 4,106, and the wounded - 12,153," the department's summary published on X indicates.
It reports that Israeli Air Force attacks on facilities of the Shiite organization Hezbollah in the Nabatieh area in southern Lebanon led to the deaths of 49 people in a day, and another 32 were wounded.
As noted by the Ministry of Health, Israeli aviation on Sunday concentrated strikes on the heights of Ali Taher, where Shiite fighters are defending. There were also reports of drone raids on the city of Kfar Tibnit and the suburb of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, resulting in casualties, the number of which is being clarified.
