Up to five people killed in shooting in Germany

German police are conducting a special operation in the center of the Lower Saxon city of Stade in the north of the country, where a shooting occurred, the news portal T-Online reported, citing a representative of local law enforcement agencies.

According to him, up to five people may have been killed. The police reported a "dynamic situation."

As the newspaper Bild writes, the police detained "one or several suspects."

In turn, the NTV channel reported that the incident occurred in an institution for the care of children and adolescents.
