Zelensky thanks Azerbaijan at NATO summit
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Azerbaijan for its support.
As Report reports, Zelensky stated this while speaking Tuesday, July 7, at the Defense Industry Forum in Ankara as part of the NATO summit.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine today possesses "the world's largest drone potential" and offers partners to develop cooperation through the Drone Deal initiative.
He noted that the initiative involves not only the purchase of drones, but also joint production, rapid deployment of technologies, protection of critical infrastructure, and cooperation in the security sphere.
"I want to thank every country leader, every company that cooperates with Ukraine in the defense sector. The European Union, Turkey, NATO countries, as well as countries such as Azerbaijan and the Persian Gulf countries, are our strong partners, and I hope that our cooperation will provide our countries with reliable protection from threats," Zelensky said.
