First Lady of Turkey Emine Erdogan received the spouses and partners of the leaders of NATO countries who arrived in Ankara to participate in the 36th Summit of NATO Heads of State and Government at Cankaya Palace.

While receiving the guests at Cankaya Palace the day before, Emine Erdogan took part in a round table on the topic "Children, technology and security: protecting the next generation," which was held with the participation of the spouses of the heads of state.

Then the First Lady of Turkey and the spouses of the leaders viewed an exhibition dedicated to Turkish fabrics, traditional ornaments, embroidery and engravings, reflecting the richness of Turkish culture of hand weaving and folk crafts.

It is noteworthy that the spouse of the President of the Republic of Korea Kim He Gyeong arrived at the event in a shawl and with a bag made from traditional Turkish fabric, which Emine Erdogan presented to her during a previous visit to Turkey.
