In India, 10 people die due to consequences of monsoon rains

Indian media reported, citing statements from local authorities, that heavy monsoon rains caused natural disasters such as landslides.

Several regions were affected, including Delhi, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh, and Kerala. Roads were flooded and rivers overflowed.

Transportation links were disrupted in many cities, including the capital New Delhi. In some areas, classes in schools were canceled.
