EU fails to agree on 21st sanctions package ahead of foreign ministers meeting

EU ambassadors failed to agree on the 21st sanctions package ahead of the EU foreign ministers meeting in Brussels.

This was reported by the head of the EU diplomatic service Kaja Kallas.

"Work on the 21st sanctions package has not been completed," Kallas said.

"Ministers hope to include 250 people on the blacklist - these are different people who work in different fields," she added.
