Tractor driver blown up by mine in Jabrayil
On July 23, a mine exploded on the territory of the village of Hasanly in the Jabrayil district.
This was reported by the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA).
According to available information, a resident of the village of Gumlag in the Jabrayil district, Shamilov Elshan Bahlul oglu, born in 1979, was injured as a result of a mine explosion while plowing land on a tractor in an area not cleared of mines.
An investigation is being conducted into this incident at the Jabrayil district prosecutor's office.
ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General's Office once again called on citizens to observe safety rules, pay attention to warning signs about mine danger, not touch suspicious objects, not enter unfamiliar territories, and not interfere with work in areas where territory fencing is being carried out.
