Another shipment of wheat sent to Armenia via Azerbaijan
Another cargo shipment from Russia to Armenia was carried out today through the territory of Azerbaijan.
This was reported by the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Azerbaijan Railways."
"Wheat in 14 railcars with a total weight of 979 tons was dispatched from the Balajary station toward the Boyuk Kasik station," the Azerbaijan Railways said.
It is noted that to date, more than 36,000 tons of grain, about 9,000 tons of fertilizers, 1,136 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminum, 414 tons of anthracite, and 67,000 tons of timber have been transported in transit through Azerbaijan from Russia to Armenia.
During the same period, about 15,000 tons of diesel fuel, as well as about 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline, were exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia.
