Another earthquake has been recorded off the coast of Indonesia — this time with a magnitude of 6.0.
As Oxu.Az reports, citing the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the epicenter of the tremors was located 128 km north of the city of Palu on the island of Sulawesi, and the focus lay at a depth of 35 km.
No information about casualties or destruction in the area has been received, and no tsunami threat was announced. Earlier, two even more powerful tremors occurred in the region — magnitude 7.7 northeast of the city of Labuan Bajo and magnitude 6.9 on the island of Sumatra.
