Houthis announce start of new military exercises in the Red Sea

The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement is beginning new military exercises in the waters of the Red Sea.

According to the organization's leader, Mohammed al-Houthi, the maneuvers are being conducted as part of preparations "for the next stage of the confrontation."

"We are beginning new exercises and drills in the Red Sea in order to prepare for the next phase of the confrontation with the Israeli-American enemy and, on the other hand, to break the blockade imposed on the people of Yemen," he stated.

According to al-Houthi, the exercises are aimed at countering external pressure. "With God's help, victory will be achieved," the Ansar Allah leader added.
