Zakharova addressed Pashinyan with a phrase from "Heart of a Dog"

Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova addressed Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with a phrase from Mikhail Bulgakov's work "Heart of a Dog." She published the corresponding post on Telegram.

"Are you a man or a woman," she wrote ironically in response to Pashinyan's statement about the 102nd Russian military base.

On September 3, the Armenian prime minister stated that Yerevan does not consider the presence of the military base in Gyumri to be vitally necessary. According to him, if Russia decides to withdraw the base, Yerevan will not object; if it decides to keep it, then it will be ready to discuss this.
