Plane crash in Germany: no survivors
Three people died as a result of the crash of a small plane in a field near Erkelenz in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
According to Welt, citing a spokesperson for the police of the Heinsberg district, none of those on board survived. The plane crashed on Monday at around 11:20 a.m. (1:20 p.m. Baku time) in a field near the village of Erkelenz-Gerderath.
Completely destroyed wreckage of a Cessna aircraft was found at the scene. Information about the crew members and the causes of the accident has not yet been disclosed.
Officers of the Federal Air Navigation Administration, as well as firefighters and police, arrived at the scene to determine the circumstances of the incident.
