On September 24, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Kai-Fu Lee, Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese companies 01.AI and Sinovation Ventures, and Filippo Malinverno, coordinator of international summits and head of the development department for Saudi Arabia at the Italian company TEHA Group.

According to AZERTAC, the guests expressed their gratitude to the head of state for the reception.

They said that they would take part in the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, which will be held in Baku under the patronage of President Ilham Aliyev, and emphasized the importance of this event.

President Ilham Aliyev noted our country's close relations with both China and Italy, emphasizing that businessmen from both countries invest in Azerbaijan.

During the conversation, the approval of the "Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028" was recalled, the existence of a favorable business environment in our country was noted, and the favorable conditions created for both local entrepreneurs and foreign investors were discussed.

At the meeting, views were exchanged on the practical application of artificial intelligence in green energy, in the field of cybersecurity, education and other areas, and opportunities for cooperation between our country and these companies were discussed.
