Trump says talks with Xi Jinping went excellently
Talks between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the White House went excellently.
As TASS reports, the American leader said this to journalists.
The heads of the two states came out onto the South Lawn of the White House after the talks. "We had a great meeting!" Trump said in response to numerous questions from journalists on various topics.
The leaders of the two countries entered the presidential helicopter VH-92A Patriot, talked next to it and returned back to the White House. "We had a great meeting, and he (Xi Jinping — TASS note) showed great interest in granite. He likes granite. He is an expert on stone. And he adores quality granite. Thank you very much," the U.S. president said before returning to the White House.
