Russian marketplaces suspend sales of goods from Armenia
Marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon have suspended sales of goods from Armenian companies.
This was reported by Sputnik Armenia, citing Armenian entrepreneurs.
According to the entrepreneurs, sales from Armenia were halted without any explanation within a few hours. Due to this issue, many sellers are left in uncertainty.
In effect, an important marketplace for export has been closed for Armenian businesses, which will lead to a sharp decline in sales volumes.
It should be noted that neither Wildberries nor Ozon, nor the competent authorities of Armenia, have yet provided official comments or confirmed the existence of the problem.
As a reminder, in 2025, Armenian trading companies increased their sales volumes on the Wildberries marketplace by 122%. The number of sellers from Armenia on Wildberries grew by 106% over the year.
