Ilham Aliyev to join 8th EPC summit in Yerevan via video link
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will join the 8th summit of the European Political Community in Yerevan via video link today, May 4.
It should be noted that the 8th summit of the European Political Community will take place today, May 4, in Yerevan under the motto "Building the future: unity and resilience in Europe."
Recall that the first summit of the European Political Community was held for the first time in the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, on October 6, 2022. Subsequently, the summit was held consecutively in the capital of Moldova, Chisinau, the Spanish city of Granada, Oxfordshire in the United Kingdom, the capital of Hungary, Budapest, the capital of Albania, Tirana, and the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen.
The European Political Community brings together leaders from around 50 European countries on an equal footing, in a spirit of unity and with a common purpose. It provides a political platform to promote political dialogue and cooperation to address issues of common interest, strengthen the security, resilience, and prosperity of the European continent. The European Political Community summit offers European leaders a venue to share experiences and expand cooperation. It does not replace any existing organization, structure, or process.
