Baku Marathon is more energetic with Xırdalan 0.0! - FOTO
Xırdalan 0.0 – the first alcohol-free beer produced in Azerbaijan from locally grown barley, was once again among the key partners of the Baku Marathon held on May 3 at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Held for the ninth time under the slogan “Conquer the Wind,” the Baku Marathon reached a new milestone this year by introducing a 42-kilometer distance for the first time. The race started at Flag Square and finished in the Sea Breeze area.
As in previous years, the marathon attracted strong interest and continued to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
The “Baku Marathon 2026” awards ceremony was conducted across two categories. Male and female participants competed for the top three positions. Winners in each category received prizes of 6,000 AZN for first place, 4,000 AZN for second place, and 2,000 AZN for third place, along with gifts, medals, and certificates.
With the support of Xırdalan 0.0, Azerbaijan national football team player Rustam Ahmadzade, Azerbaijan national futsal team player Javad Mammadov, as well as well-known sports influencer and Xırdalan 0.0 brand ambassador Nugzar Kvirtia, took part in the brand zone. Their participation added to the vibrant atmosphere, with engaging and entertaining sports activities organized for marathon participants.

It is worth noting that Xırdalan 0.0, a partner of the Baku Marathon 2026, is a pasteurized, light non-alcoholic lager beer. It contains no preservatives and is crafted with high-quality yeast, offering a rich aroma and refined taste that has already gained strong consumer appreciation.
