Iran's Foreign Ministry warns UAE of threat due to American military bases

Tehran denies the claims of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) regarding Iran's missile strikes and drone launches on the territory of this country.

This was stated in a statement by Iran's Foreign Ministry.

The statement notes that the recent defensive measures taken by Iran's Armed Forces were aimed solely at 'countering the American threat,' and no attacks specifically targeting the UAE were carried out.

The Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic also accused Abu Dhabi of 'collusion with hostile parties against Iran' and condemned the continued presence of American military bases and equipment in the UAE, warning that this could 'lead to dangerous consequences for regional peace and stability.' 'If the UAE does not abandon the hosting of American military bases, it will have serious consequences for the security and stability of the region,' the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated.

The document states that amid the escalation of 'illegal and provocative' activities by the US military in the region, the open cooperation of Abu Dhabi officials with Washington 'contradicts the principles of good neighborliness.' 'We condemn the subversive actions of the authorities in Abu Dhabi, their collusion with hostile parties, and their continued hosting of military bases,' the statement said.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has carried out strikes on American military bases in the UAE. During the conflict with Iran, US military infrastructure in the Middle East has suffered significant damage, with some military bases rendered unusable.
