Armenian authorities discuss drone application experience with Zelenskyy in Yerevan
The Armenian authorities, during a recent meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Yerevan, discussed, among other issues, the use of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' experience in drone application, reports the newspaper "Graparak," as cited by Sputnik Armenia.
According to the publication, the talks between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Zelenskyy were also attended by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan.
Grigoryan stated that Armenia is interested in continuing the exchange of experience in the development of unmanned aviation, according to the article.
According to the Security Council Secretary, "the Ukrainian experience is invaluable for the Armenian army."
In turn, Zelenskyy expressed readiness to continue working with the Armenian side and presented Ukraine's capabilities in the production of UAVs.
The publication also managed to find out that some "experience" of interaction has already taken place – last summer, a special unit of Armenia's National Security Service underwent short-term retraining in Ukraine on the use of drones.
