Techpro DC, one of the крупнейших широкопрофильных IT distributors across the Caucasus and Central Asia, participated in GITEX AI CENTRAL ASIA & CAUCASUS Kazakhstan 2026, held for the first time in Almaty on May 4–5.

The event became one of the region’s largest technology platforms, bringing together representatives of the global IT industry, government institutions, investors, startups, and solution developers specializing in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.

GITEX AI 2026 was organized as part of the global GITEX ecosystem — one of the world’s most influential international platforms for technology and innovation. The event was organized by inD, the global operator of GITEX, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana Hub, and the Akimat of Almaty. Companies and delegations from more than 60 countries took part in the exhibition.

For Techpro DC, participation in GITEX AI 2026 marked an important step in strengthening the company’s presence across the Central Asian and Caucasus markets. The company showcased its own exhibition stand, which became one of the active business networking hubs at the event. Over the course of two days, the Techpro DC team held meetings with partners, system integrators, enterprise customers, and international vendors, discussing opportunities for joint projects and the future development of the region’s technology ecosystem.

“Participation in GITEX AI Kazakhstan was not merely an exhibition activity for us, but an opportunity to present Techpro DC as an international company with strong expertise in infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise technologies. We witnessed significant interest in our stand and in the key направления that are becoming increasingly strategic for the region today — artificial intelligence, data protection, cloud infrastructure, and modern data centers. Platforms like GITEX foster new partnerships and establish long-term technological connections between the markets of Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Middle East,” representatives of Techpro DC noted.

Particular attention at the Techpro DC stand was given to solutions in cybersecurity, data storage, AI infrastructure, and enterprise hardware. Together with Techpro DC, solutions from international technology companies including HPE, Scality, Brandefense, Cymulate, as well as other partners, were presented during the exhibition.

As part of the business agenda, representatives of Techpro DC and partner companies discussed practical artificial intelligence implementation scenarios, the development of AI-ready infrastructure, data center scalability, backup storage solutions, and modern approaches to protecting corporate information. Particular interest among participants and visitors focused on sovereign digital infrastructure, the growing demand for computing power for artificial intelligence workloads, and the strengthening of cybersecurity requirements amid the accelerating digitalization of the economy.

Techpro DC’s participation in GITEX AI 2026 reflects the company’s strategic focus on developing regional technology partnerships and expanding its presence in the rapidly growing Central Asian markets. The company also openly emphasizes its ambitious plans to enter the global distribution market. Today, Kazakhstan — which continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s leading digital hubs through active investments in AI infrastructure, data centers, and technology ecosystems — remains one of Techpro DC’s strategic priority markets. It is worth noting that the distributor is represented in the country through its offices in Astana and Almaty.
