Contract soldiers in Armenia will be able to serve even after severe injuries received at different times
Contract servicemen in Armenia who received severe wounds during combat operations of different years and were recognized as unfit for further service will be able to submit applications to return to the ranks of the armed forces.
The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Armenian government on Thursday.
The application will be accepted if, after rehabilitation, the serviceman is recognized as fit for service with restrictions. This will happen in some cases if the serviceman partially regains the ability to move (including on prostheses).
