Pashinyan reveals to whom he addressed his question 'why didn't you die?'

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that his phrase "why didn't you die?" was addressed not to the Armenian people, but to representatives of the "political and public pseudo-elite" of Karabakh [referring to the liquidated separatist junta – 1news.az].

Armenian media report this from Pashinyan's press conference.

According to the Armenian prime minister, he meant those who present themselves as representatives of "various structures" of the puppet regime.

"Armenia's leader was not asking the Armenian people why you did not die in the war. Armenia's leader asked representatives of the Karabakh pseudo-elite why you did not die," he said.

According to him, representatives of this circle, in his assessment, did not participate in combat operations: "They not only did not shoot, because, when saying 'deserters,' I mean precisely them."

Pashinyan also stated that representatives of this circle should provide an explanation for their actions: "What were they doing sitting at home? Who went to stand and fight next to the soldier? Some of them fled, leaving our soldiers alone. They must provide an explanation, starting with Samvel Shahramanyan [the last leader of the separatists – 1news.az] and ending with the others."
