Snow, hail and wind - actual weather
Heavy precipitation and strong wind are observed in places in Azerbaijan.

The amount of precipitation that fell in Ordubad and Ismayilli was 10 mm, in Sabirabad - 9, in Dashkasan, Astara - 8, in Goygol, Saribash (Gakh) - 7, in Gadabay, in Shahdag - 6, in Khizi - 5, in Julfa, Naftalan, Lankaran - 4, in Shahbuz, Guba - 3, in Balakan, Zagatala, Gabala, Tartar, Imishli - 2, in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Nakhchivan, Sharur, Ganja, Shamkir, Tovuz, Oguz, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Gusar, Shabran, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Goychay, Kurdamir, Goranboy, Jalilabad, Yardimli, Lerik, Neftchala, Bilasuvar, Sheki, Aghdam, Lachin, Kalbajar, Gubadli - up to 1 mm.
Gusty northwesterly wind is observed in places, the maximum speed of which reached 24 m/s in Naftalan, 22 m/s in Mingachevir, 20 m/s in Shahdag.
The day before, hail fell in the village of Chapli in the Kalbajar region.
