Armenia states that arbitration satisfied its petition on Electric Networks

The Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal granted Yerevan's key motion in the case of Electric Networks of Armenia, owned by Russian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, to divide the proceedings into two parts.

This is stated in a press release by the government of the republic.

"The Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal by its decision of June 16, 2026 fully satisfied Armenia's motion to divide the proceedings into two parts in the arbitration case Liormand Holdings Limited and Karapetyans v. Armenia," the Cabinet of Ministers said.
