Azerbaijan opens embassy in Lisbon

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on ensuring the activities of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Portugal, in the city of Lisbon.

In order to ensure the activities of the diplomatic mission, the head of state instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to resolve issues of material and technical support and financing related to ensuring the activities of the embassy.

The country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to approve the structure and staffing of the embassy.
