Light aircraft crashes in southeast England, killing two people
A light aircraft crashed in a field in Essex county (southeast England), killing two people.
According to BBC, this was reported by senior detective superintendent Morgan Cronin of the police at a press conference.
"The two-seater Cessna aircraft was making a short familiarization flight, but unfortunately did not return. The identities of the victims have not yet been officially established," he said.
Cronin noted that the plane took off from North Weald airfield. An investigation has begun and the causes of the crash are being clarified.
