U.S. embassy thanks Azerbaijan

The U.S. Embassy in Baku expressed gratitude that the Heydar Aliyev Center was illuminated in the colors of the American flag in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States.

This is reported by 1news.az, citing a post by the American diplomatic mission on social media. "Happy U.S. Independence Day from Azerbaijan! We were deeply touched to see the Heydar Aliyev Center colored in the red, white, and blue colors of the American flag in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States. This symbolic gesture served as a wonderful reminder of the more than thirty-year friendship between the U.S. and Azerbaijan, as well as the significant progress that our countries have achieved together since August 8 (2025 - ed.)", the embassy noted.
