Trump on Spain: they will return and will ask us…

US President Donald Trump considers Spain an "awful ally."

"This is really a terrible NATO ally. I don't want to have any dealings with Spain. There are other countries that behave badly, but Spain stands out the most. It behaves frankly badly," Trump said during the NATO summit in Ankara.

"We have stopped all contacts and trade with them. But they will return and will ask us: 'Please, we want to trade with you,'" Trump added.
