Erdogan names conditions for strengthening NATO

In order for us to achieve the goal of "NATO 3.0" as soon as possible, I would like to draw particular attention to two issues, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the 36th summit of NATO heads of state and government in Ankara.

Second, while European allies take on more responsibility for continental defense, we must avoid steps that could weaken the unity of the Alliance and the integrity of transatlantic relations. Here I would like to address in particular the allies that are members of the European Union.
