CENTCOM: US first uses sea drones in new attack on Iran

American troops first used strike sea drones against Iran.

This was stated by the US Armed Forces Central Command (CENTCOM).

As noted in the command's message on X, the US Armed Forces used not only aerial drones but also "for the first time [employed] strike sea drones." Information on the scale of use and effectiveness of strikes with the mentioned weapons has not yet been provided.

CENTCOM also again made the assertion that Iran "does not control" the Strait of Hormuz.
