Kobakhidze signs decrees on agreements with Azerbaijan in the energy sector
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze signed decrees concerning agreements with Azerbaijan on natural gas supplies and electricity transit.
As APA reports, the documents approved and put into force both agreements concluded between the governments of the two countries in Baku on May 18.
According to the decrees, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia is tasked with informing the Azerbaijani side about the country's fulfillment of internal procedures necessary for the agreements to enter into force, as well as notifying the parliament and the president about the conclusion of the agreements.
Both orders entered into force on the day of publication - July 15.
