Sabah Investment Group, in partnership with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, celebrated the groundbreaking of Panorama by ELIE SAAB, launching construction of Azerbaijan's first ELIE SAAB branded residential project.

Developed by Sabah Investment Group with Reportage Group, Panorama by ELIE SAAB will occupy a prime 23,531 sqm waterfront site within Sea Breeze, overlooking the Caspian Sea. Inspired by the coastline's fluidity, the architectural concept blends with its surroundings while expressing ELIE SAAB's refined design language.
The project will feature 550 residences, from one- and two-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses. Under ELIE SAAB's creative direction, interiors will combine natural marble, premium materials and exclusive ELIE SAAB Maison elements made in Italy, alongside wellness facilities, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, residents' lounges and dedicated property services.
