Peskov calls conversation between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev very warm and substantive

The telephone conversation between the presidents of the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, was very warm and substantive.

This was reported at a briefing by the press secretary of the head of the Russian state, Dmitry Peskov.

“Putin held a telephone conversation with the president of Azerbaijan, Aliyev. A very warm, substantive telephone conversation,” he said.
