Volodymyr Zelensky received Jeyhun Bayramov in Kyiv - VIDEO
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, who is on a visit to Ukraine.
The head of the Ukrainian state reported this on his page on the social network Instagram.
He noted that as part of the visit Bayramov went to Irpin, where he visited a school, a hospital and a rehabilitation center to which Azerbaijan is providing assistance.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the situation in Ukraine. Issues of high-level diplomatic contacts, defense cooperation and the development of economic ties in the spheres of energy, the oil and gas industry and agriculture were also touched upon.
Zelensky expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support of Ukraine, for energy and humanitarian assistance, and also for the constructive dialogue between the countries.
